LSS Project Services LLC was established in 2007 in Hanover, Germany and opened after 15 years of national business in Germany and over 80000 satisfied customers the Branch in Dubai in 2022 to expand the business international. LSS Project Services LLC established on March 2022 in Dubai, with head office in Germany, is one of the professional brokerage firms in the UAE offering quality support to clients and high level of customer service with extensive knowledge of the Dubai property market and Business Development. The company specializes in property management, Leasing, Selling residential and Commercial units, Company setup and Financial services like bank accounts, mortgages and loans. Our major marketing and advertising is covering areas such as Downtown/ Oldtown, JBR, JLT, Dubai Marina, etc. In addition to this, we have an associate office overseas where we get a large number of referrals. We aggressively use the internet to market our properties.

Journey Towards Success
After his school career, he joined the German army as a temporary soldier, where he completed a commercial business development education during his time at the military service. An internship during his military career brought him into the financial services industry to one of the biggest financial planning Companies in Germany , AWD AG now known as Swiss Life Select. From 2008-2016, Thomas Selke completed his training as an insurance and financial investment specialist at AWD. He built up an organization of 20 independent sales employees and trained a couple of trainees to become insurance salespeople with academic education certificates during his time at AWD; they are still successfully active in the industry today.
